Natalie Kotzias founded Nocean Recruitment after a career shaped by one constant thread, a genuine love of people and the stories behind them. From client-facing roles in fashion and hospitality, to real estate, to a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources, every step brought her closer to what she does today.
Recruitment brought everything together: meeting new people, understanding businesses, and helping individuals take meaningful steps in their careers. What started as a part-time role at a boutique agency during university became a genuine passion and, eventually, the business she runs today.
